JMA plans to conduct maintenance on MTSAT's ground system Oct to Nov 2014.

     Due to ground station maintenance, MTSAT-1R will be operating as the observing 
     satellite in place of MTSAT-2, from 0230 UTC on 10 November,  2014 (DOY 314)
     until 0200 UTC on 28 November 2014 (DOY 332).
