You can obtain and install SDI software updates if you purchased McIDAS Users' Group (MUG) support for your SDI system or have been contacted and been given approval by SSEC. If you are a GMS, GVAR, Meteosat or POES site and have a problem obtaining or installing the update, ask your site coordinator to contact the McIDAS Help Desk at or (608) 262-2455. If you are a NOAAPORT site and have a problem obtaining or installing the update, ask your site coordinator to contact your SSEC Program Manager.
