This file contains the list of McIDAS-X version 2010.2 modules that were
changed since the previous release (version 2010.1). This information is
provided so you can see exactly what has changed since version 2010.1
(and note bug fixes, try new features, etc.).

The changes are listed below, sorted by SSEC inquiry nuumber. Each entry
contains the following information:
    - SSEC inquiry number (the five-digit number at the beginning)
    - each module that was updated in the inquiry, followed by the module's
      CVS version number
    - a general description of the changes and how they impact McIDAS

        Added the new Las Vegas RAOB station KVEF to the station database.
        Added some TAFs for the Pacific region as well, and subtracted KPFN
        from TAF, which was replaced by KECP for Panama City, FL.

        The netCDF libraries were updated to use version 4.1. This inquiry did
        not include the changes for tcl/tk or HDF due to runtime errors with
        them. A change to the MODIS (MODX) product server was made for 64-bit
        Linux and HP. A GUI change was included so it exits correctly when
        choosing "Exit McIDAS" from the GUI. Also, compiling changes were made
        for the impending support of OSX 10.6.

        Changes where made to a netCDF module to allow better compatibility
        with mercator grid files. Other tweaks were made for the updated
        versions of the netCDF libraries.

        Updated the COMBINE help section to state that both JPEG and PPM are
        valid formats to use with FRMSAVE with VIEW=NO.

        SATBAND was updated with correct wavelength values for GOES-13,
        GOES-14, and GOES-15. FRMLABEL will now give the correct wavelength
        if you use the (WL) option.

        Added 18 new oil platform metar reporting stations to STNDB.CORE.

        KC29 (Middleton, WI) and KPSO (Pagosa Springs, CO) were added to the

        A new compile flag "-nogui" was added to skip the building of the GUI
        on OSX 10.6. When we support the newer 10.6 compilers, this issue will
        need to be resolved (version 2011.1).

        sh ./mcidas2010.1.sh unmake all) will now work correctly on Windows XP.

        Support has been added for new WSR-88D and TDWR radar products
        available on NOAAPORT. Many changes were made including new radar
        servers, new image enhancements (for the EU command), and IMGDISP.CORE
        additions that make it easy to display the new datasets with the
        appropriate enhancement, maps and color bar.

        The poesaget.c server was fixed to permit using LINELE= when TIME= is
        specified. This allows the user to use TIME= as a selection keyword
        when using IMGCOPY with POES data.
