This file contains the list of McIDAS-X version 2013.1 modules that were
changed since the previous release (version 2012.2). This information is
provided so you can see exactly what has changed between those versions
(and note bug fixes, try new features, etc.).

The changes are listed below, sorted by SSEC inquiry nuumber. Each entry
contains the following information:
    - SSEC inquiry number (the five-digit number at the beginning)
    - each module that was updated in the inquiry, followed by the module's
      CVS version number
    - a general description of the changes and how they impact McIDAS

        Updated help for DSSERVE to change the two occurrences of 'MetOp' to
        'Metop' for case consistency with Eumetsat, and remove the '-A' from
        Metop-A FRAC' because the Level 1B server was modified in inq 15055 to
        work with Metop-B as well as Metop-A.

        Added capability to specify a gateway IP address for ADDE requests
        using SSH tunneling. Gateways act as access points between two networks.

          5. Add Type=T for station K36U (Heber City UT)
          6. Change VOR station ID from VRB to TRV for Vero Beach FL

        Corrected the albedo magnification factor for COMS data. Previously
        the values were from 0.0-1.0. Values now range from 0.0 to 100%.

        Changed the name in SATANNOT from COMS-1 to COMS and updated the
        wavelength, in SATBAND, for the shortwave IR band from 3.9 to 3.75.
        Additionally, isir.for was updated for COMS to correctly return
        temperature values for IR bands. This inquiry also included isir.for
        updates for Meteosat 11 and MEGHA-TROPIC.

        Remove block of code in dabtim.for that conflicted with copyright
        information.

        Error messages from the server to to m0wtxget.c were longer than
        expected causing ADVDISP to fail. The string length was increase
        for error messages.
