Installing and Configuring the NOAAPORT Receive System

If you are installing the NOAAPORT Receive System for the first time (i.e., doing an initial install), continue with the instructions below.

Installing the NOAAPORT Receive System for the first time consists of the five procedures below. Complete procedures 1-4, in sequence, to set up your NOAAPORT ingestor. Then complete procedure 5 to configure your McIDAS-XCD system to receive its data from your NOAAPORT ingestor via the LDM.
