C-5 Schedule Change

Thursday, June 21st, 2007

A message from Marilyn Vasques (Marilyn.Vasques@nasa.gov) …

TC4 Team,

Unfortunately, I have to inform you that the C-5 schedule has been changed from July 12-16 to July 11-15. We have done everything we can to push back the dates, but the C-5s can’t modify their current July 11-15 plan. Please see the revised Mission Schedule for July enclosed.

This has far-reaching impacts, so please pay close attention to the new dates.

The time between test flights and C-5 loads has been reduced, so the time to pack will be tight. Please cooperate with the ESPO lead at your integration site to ensure your equipment is ready to be put on pallets at the time requested.

If you are shipping equipment to the integration sites for C-5 airlift, be absolutely sure your equipment arrives in time for pallet build (DC-8 and ER-2 at DFRC by July 1 and WB-57F at Ellington by July 2).

These changes may require access to integration sites on the weekend, so please be sure, if you arrive on a weekend, that you have a way to get a badge if the badging offices are closed.

The WB-57F and ER-2 transits will also change.

All mission participants need to change their car, cell phone, and hotel reservations for both Costa Rica and their integration site as needed.

If your travel dates change from those originally provided to Rose Kendall (RMBKendall@aol.com), please contact Rose with your revised schedule.

Thank you for your cooperation,

Marilyn
