Architectural Rooms of S. V. Shipman, Architect
160 LaSalle Street,
Chicago, May 13th 1884

My Dear Draper:

Your favor of the 12th inst. is received, and herewith follows the list of Clybourn's contained in our latest directory:

The old lady Clybourne is, I think, living in the City, but her address is not given in the City Directory.

I received a P.C. from Mr. Durrie consenting to exchange of Portraits and will on first visit to Madison make the Ex.

Business is very brisk, and there is no Leisure for me.

All well here. With kind regards to yourself and Mrs. D. I remain,

Sincerely your friend,
S. V. Shipman
