These should be:\n<ul>\n<li>When running the task, use the following user account:<br \/>\nAERI-TEST\\AERI<br \/>\nx Run only when user is logged on<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<li>Click on the \u201cAERI Reboot\u201d task and check the security options. \u00a0These should be:\n<ul>\n<li>When running the task, use the following user account:<br \/>\nAERI-TEST\\AERI<br \/>\nx Run only when user is logged on<br \/>\nx Run with highest privileges<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<li>If any of these settings are wrong you can click \u201cProperties\u201d in the menu to the right and make changes. \u00a0Both can be run with highest privileges.\n<ul>\n<li>Click \u201cChange User or Group\u201d<\/li>\n<li>Click &#8220;Locations\u2026&#8221;<\/li>\n<li>Choose the Computer Name<\/li>\n<li>Click \u201cOK\u201d<\/li>\n<li>In the \u201cEnter the Object name to select (examples):\u201d type \u201cAERI&#8221; then click \u201cCheck Names\u201d and it will combine the computer name and AERI account name together.<\/li>\n<li>Click &#8220;OK&#8221;<\/li>\n<li>Make sure \u201cRun with highest privileges\u201d is selected.<\/li>\n<li>Click \u201cOK\u201d<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Symptom The ingest software does not reboot at 0Z Data file &#8216;loops around&#8217; to a new day; data from new day is appended to the file from the previous day Possible Causes Permissions \/ naming inconsistencies in Windows ???
