  1. Log in to the AERI VM<\/li>\n
  2. Open the iBootBar (networked power supply) web browser interface:\n
      \n
    • There may be a shortcut near the top of the desktop labeled iBootBar<\/li>\n
    • Or open a web browser and go to http:\/\/169.254.44.254<\/tt><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n
    • Log in. \u00a0The default credentials are admin\/admin<\/tt><\/li>\n
    • To turn OFF the AERI: \u00a0Power OFF Outlets #1 AND #2\n
        \n
      • Select the outlets and click on OFF<\/li>\n
      • Confirm that the outlet color changes from green to grey<\/li>\n
      • Note that the outlets may be named AERI<\/em> or AERIcooler<\/em><\/li>\n
      • Note that the interferometer is connected to Outlet #1, and the cooler is connected to Outlet #2. \u00a0It’s important that both outlets be powered OFF in order to place the AERI in a safe powered down state<\/li>\n
      • Note that the other outlets #3-8 are generally not used, so their status is irrelevant<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n
      • To turn ON the AERI: \u00a0Power ON Outlets #1 AND #2\n
          \n
        • Select the outlets and click on ON<\/li>\n
        • Confirm that the outlet color changes from grey to green<\/li>\n
        • Note that the outlets may be named AERI<\/em> or AERIcooler<\/em><\/li>\n
        • Note that the interferometer is connected to Outlet #1, and the cooler is connected to Outlet #2. \u00a0It’s important that both outlets be powered ON in order to start up all AERI subsystems<\/li>\n
