Any Meteosat data obtained from the SSEC Data Center are subject to the following policy agreement between NOAA and Eumetsat:

** UPDATE NOTICE JUNE 12, 2013 **

We have just been informed that EUMETSAT's international data policy has changed. Third party distribution of full disk Meteosat (includes M-7 and M-10) data to worldwide users every three hours at synoptic times is now allowed. Previously it was allowed every six hours. An update to the below document will be posted when available.
