General Schedule Information for Himawari-8:
Full Disks are sent every 10 minutes (ie. 0000, 0010, 0020 ... ) , with the exception of 0240UTC and 1440UTC, when the Full Disk is cancelled for maintenance.
Target Regions are sent every 2.5 minutes. Target sectors are not affected by the maintenance period.
