The Geostationary and JPSS Flood map product is developed by Dr. Sanmei Li at George Mason University<\/a> and the products are processed in near realtime at the Cooperative Institute for Meteorological Satellite Studies<\/a> (CIMSS) utilizing data provided by the direct broadcast and GRB antennas at CIMSS.
