This application accepts Hot blackbody, Warm (aka Ambient) blackbody, Space background, and simulated Earth radiance data cubes to produce radiometrically calibrated earth radiances. The outputs of the implemented set of algorithms are not yet validated.

This release includes the following major changes:

- Interface refactoring of templates - they have been 'flattened' and simplified in order to be more useful/reusable.
- Integration of Ifg2Spectrum and RadiometricCalibration capsules into an enclosing pipeline.
- Use of CDF files, each containing a "GIFTS cube" worth of data, as input and output.

Outstanding known bugs and limitations in this release:

- CDF output does not provide correct output in the case that the output buffer is SPC_SIZE - spectra in the output files are padded out to IFG_SIZE (==2*SPC_SIZE).
- Actual blackbody temperature values and wavenumber ranges are hardcoded.
- Only LW band data is being processsed.
