Tuesday 22 May:<\/strong>
\nDay 1 of the meeting, and the first of two days of presentations and discussions. Registration check-in will take place from 9:00 a.m. until 10:00 a.m. outside of Varsity Hall 1. The meeting will take place in Varsity Hall 1 and run from 10:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., followed by the working reception from 5:00 to 6:30 p.m.<\/p>\n

Wednesday 23 May:<\/strong>
\nDay 2 of the meeting consists of the second and final day of presentations and discussions. The meeting will take place in Varsity Hall 1 and run from 11:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.<\/p>\n

Thursday 24 May:<\/strong>
\nDay 3 of the meeting, consisting of the McIDAS workshop. This day offers optional McIDAS-X and McIDAS-V training and thus requires that the additional training fee (see the Information page<\/a>) to have been paid at registration. On this day, continental breakfast will take place from 8:00 to 9:00 a.m., and the McIDAS training will run from 9:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. See the McIDAS Training Session<\/a> section below for details.<\/p><\/div>\n<\/p><\/div>\n
