All MUG Meeting activities will take place at the Pyle Center<\/a> on the University of Wisconsin-Madison<\/a> campus [Google<\/em> map<\/a>].

Meeting Fees<\/strong><\/td>\n\u00a0<\/strong><\/td>\n$300 per person for MUG Members
\n$600 per person for guests (non-MUG Members)
\nMeeting fees includes handouts, refreshment breaks and Monday working reception.<\/p>\n

Training Fees<\/strong><\/td>\n\u00a0<\/strong><\/td>\n$250 per day for MUG Members
\n$500 per day for guests (non-MUG Members)
\nTraining fees include handouts, continental breakfast, refreshment breaks and lab. If possible, attendees should bring their own laptop, with McIDAS-X 2019.1 and McIDAS-V 1.8 installed, for training.<\/em> See the Meeting Agenda<\/a> for additional information and descriptions of each training session.<\/p>\n

Who Should Attend?<\/strong><\/td>\n\u00a0<\/strong><\/td>\nMost McIDAS sites benefit from a combination of programmers, managers, forecasters, researchers, system administrators, and operations staff.<\/p>\n

Parking<\/strong><\/td>\n\u00a0<\/strong><\/td>\nBecause parking is very limited in the area around the meeting and training site (Google<\/em> map<\/a>), we encourage you to travel by a means other than car. Options include walking, using your hotel’s transportation service, taxi, Uber, or using the Madison Metro<\/a> bus service (base fares are currently $2.00, campus routes 80-84 are free). If you must park, you can reserve a spot near the Pyle Center in UW Lots 6 or 83, or park in the City of Madison – State Street Campus Garage<\/a>.<\/p>\n
