It's Your Choice Enrollment Perod

The It's Your Choice enrollment period is set for October 7 - November 1, 2013. This is your opportunity to make changes to your health insurance plan, as well as any other benefits that are offered (note: not all benefits allow changes at this time). Be watching for emails from the campus benefits department - those emails will outline the changes for 2014.

**NOTE: UW-Madison employees need to turn in paper forms. In the information on ETF's website and the 2014 Decision Guide there is a lot of talk about myETF benefits and online submissions - this does NOT apply to UW-Madison employees.

If you use the Employee Reimbursement Account, make sure you complete a form for 2014 if you wish to continue the benefit.  It does NOT carryover each year, you must do a new enrollment form.
