The SSEC Payment Form (https://commerce.cashnet.com/) used to pay your registration fee by credit card is hosted on a 3rd party, secure web server that is managed by the University of Wisconsin's Department of Information Technology (DoIT). The URL of the SSEC Payment Form will show that it is on a non-SSEC server. The policies and guarantees stated below apply equally to SSEC and DoIT.
If a participant cancels less than seven working days prior to the date of the event, no refund can be issued. A substitute may be sent in the place of the original registrant, but the individual participant or department is responsible for coordinating and communicating this to the meeting coordinator (maria.vasys@ssec.wisc.edu). This substitution only applies to the meeting registration fees. The University of Wisconsin, SSEC/CIMSS, its affiliates and participating organizations are not responsible for airfare or hotel refunds.
The Space Science and Engineering Center does not sell, rent, trade or distribute any personally identifiable information obtained from clients to a third party, except in cooperation with government agencies or as required by law.
