Dr. Kossin is stationed at the Cooperative Institute for Meteorological Satellite Studies (CIMSS) to collaborate with UW scientists.\u00a0 In the interview, Kossin explains a new model recently adopted by the National Hurricane Center to help predict hurricane eyewall replacement cycles.
