Image Processing and Analysis: Adjusting Contrast, Part 1

Your task here is to use interactive contrast stretching to make a feature stand out in an image that is otherwise difficult to identify. In the image below, with proper contrast the katabatic winds in the south-central part of the image will stand out as dark streaks. You should also with proper contrast be able to more easily detect sea ice versus the open, dark water, the mountain range along the polar plateau (these mountains are roughly the size of the Rockies), and clouds over the ice shelf in the upper-right portion of the image.

To interactively adjust the contrast in the image below, move the mouse inside the image, then left-click and drag.
