No Self-interest Value for Machines

Very unlike humans, whose emotions are selfish

In Why the Future Doesn't Need Us
        Bill Joy advocated banning intelligent machines
        he is pessimistic about doing this and I agree
        wealth without work will be too tempting

Rather regulate machine emotions the way we regulate
        Household chemicals, automobiles, etc
