You are very clear about the need for a particular
AI design that is friendly, and equally clear about
your contempt for government regulation to enforce
your design. Is it your intention that the SIAI will
implement AI before any other organization, and that
it will take over the world before governments have
time to react? If that is not your intention, then
how will your design be enforced other than through
government action?
