Enhancements to McIDAS

Enhancements to McIDAS for MODIS data:

• HDF-EOS ADDE server for data access
• latitude/longitude per pixel navigation
• covert raw data values to reflectance, radiance, brightness temperature

What can McIDAS do with the MODIS data now:

• display
• overlay base map and latitude/longitude lines
• overlay with ancillary data (grids and point data)
• remap into satellite and geographic projections
