McIDAS Man computer Interactive Data Access System

McIDAS-XCD sites that receive the NOAAPORT data stream and in the past used the NOAAPORT Receive System as the data source are now encouraged to use the LDM software available from Unidata.

In particular, the Installing, Configuring, and Activating the LDM System section in the LDM Reference webpages has a NOAAPORT ingestion section that notes that the NOAAPORT package was merged into the LDM package beginning with version 6.10, and includes a link to the NOAAPORT Data Ingestion instructions.
