Human Resources
SSEC Human Resoures Office plays a pivotal role in ensuring a positive and empowering work environment. Led by Jessica Liegel, HR Manager (Rm 301), and Denise Weidner, HR Generalist (Rm 303), we are here to create and maintain a workplace environment that enables employees to contribute their best efforts while aligning with the strategic goals of the organization. We serve as a bridge between leadership, supervisors and employees, working to balance the needs of all for mutual success.
Employee Guidelines
As part of our commitment to fostering a positive and collaborative work environment, we have developed Employee Guidelines to provide you with a clear understanding of expectations, values, and the principles that guide the workplace culture at SSEC. These guidelines are designed to ensure that every member of the team feels empowered, supported, and equipped to contribute to SSEC’s shared success.
SSEC Remote Work Guidelines
SSEC understands employee desire for flexibility with regards to remote work, but also recognizes the importance of in person collaborative interactions. These guidelines intend to balance the two for mutual benefit to the employee and the Center.
