Severe Tropical Cyclone Harold and Vanuatu - 5 - 8 April 2020

Harold was the first Category 5 severe tropical cyclone to occur in the South Pacific basin 2018 (Gita) and is currently the second-strongest tropical cyclone to ever affect Vanuatu. Humanitarian efforts are hampered by the CoVID-19 pandemic.
