Flooding from Imelda - September 19-22 2019

Tropical Storm Imelda was the ninth named storm of the 2019 Atlantic hurricane season and is currently the fifth-wettest tropical cyclone on record for the continental United States. It has caused devastating and record breaking floods in southeast Texas.
