2025 MUG Meeting

The 2025 McIDAS Users’ Group Meeting was held on Wednesday, May 21, 2025. Due to strict travel restrictions for many of our users, we changed the meeting from an in-person event to an online-only format, hoping that this virtual format will allow more users to attend and gain fresh perspectives on McIDAS usage around the world.

2023 MUG Meeting
The 2023 McIDAS Users’ Group Meeting was held September 25-28, 2023 in person at the Pyle Center on the University of Wisconsin-Madison campus.

After cancelling the 2021 MUG Meeting, this will be our first in-person meeting since 2019. The 2023 MUG Meeting will once again bring together McIDAS users from all around the globe to discuss topics relevant to McIDAS-X, McIDAS-V, and McIDAS-XCD, including guest speakers from the McIDAS community. There will be training sessions offered on McIDAS-X, McIDAS-V, and writing ADDE servers in Python.

2023 is also the 50th Anniversary of McIDAS — Celebrate with us at the 2023 MUG Meeting!

The 2021 McIDAS Users’ Group meeting was cancelled due to the ongoing global pandemic.
